Cravedog, a CD and DVD Manufacturing company, looked to SightWorks to create a customer service oriented site that simplified and streamlined the downloading process for their broad target audience. Orchestrating a redesign of their existing site, SightWorks evaluated their current business model and mapped the information architecture to build a solution that met their business goals.
